Sorry for the delay in posting this, life got busy as usual and haven’t been able to edit the videos people have sent me from our last event. Will post it in a week or two.
On November 29th we will be having our next GTA ADE event, and it will be our first official “Bring a Friend” event. The goal is to select a person you know who you believe would make a great ADE and we would help them understand the application process, what is involved in summer institutes and other ADE related activities. This would allow us to grow our ADE community and expand our professional learning networks.
Make sure whoever you select fulfills all the requirements for applying to become an ADE. Ask them to check these two pages

The information is sparse but it will give them an idea about the program. I am not sure if the notification link works, I will ask my friend to try it and see.
In addition to the bring a friend introductions and activities we will also be producing an iOS video along the same lines as Apple’s Christmas Video from last year. If you have any iOS add-ons to enrich our video please bring them. I am going to bring my iRig XLR connector and my iPhone gorrillapod.
