At our next event the focus will be on improving your video technique for Interviews and Voiceovers. We will practise shooting with DSLRs to get incredible quality video and capturing audio with either a camcorder with external microphone or separate audio device like a Tascam DR100. The key will be to use the best possible tools to produce professional results.
The goal of the event is to get you started on producing your application video for Summer Institute 2014. Ideally you could come with a script for your voiceover and we could film it on the day.
We will be meeting at my school and I can provide the use of a wide variety of equipment including lighting, green screen, high-end audio and video equipment and some great lenses for the shoot. Please bring along your own cameras so that you can learn to use your own equipment and replicate what your learn when you get back to your school. The details of the event are as follows:

Location: St. Roch Catholic Secondary School
Time: 9:00 am to noon (lunch) then if people want to continue we can.
What to Bring: All your camera equipment (cameras, tripods, microphones, audio recording devices etc…), we can go over how to use them when you get back to your own schools.
